Leonardo Droghini is Legal Counsel at the Legal Services Directorate, Bank of Italy. As a lawyer, he advises on a wide range of legal topics including banking and financial supervisory law. He also deals with litigation, representing the Bank of Italy before civil and administrative Courts. Between 2020 and 2021, he served at the European Central Bank’s Legal Services Directorate, Supervisory Law Division. He holds a Ph.D. in Legal Studies, Administrative law from the University of Roma Tre.
