Adam Westlake serves as a Legal Expert at the Czech National Bank, where he focuses on capital markets regulation with an emphasis on investment funds and services regulation. He is also an alternate member of ESMA´s Investment Management Standing Committee and Sustainability Standing Committee. Adam holds a bachelor´s degree in Law from University College London as well as a master´s degree in International Banking Law and Finance from the University of Edinburgh. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he is undertaking research on crowdfunding in the Czech Republic.
