Margarita Marin is project coordinator at Growfunding, which she joined 5 years ago. Previously, she worked in different artistic contexts such as opera houses, film festivals and theaters in Belgium, the United States and Mexico.

Her experience as a socio-cultural worker, especially in urban Mexican contexts, has made her sensitive to the needs and challenges of Brussels' youth.
After Incrowd's successful training in Brussels, supplemented by input from educators and street artists, she began coordinating the youth agenda for Growfunding. She is currently looking for new ways to measure the lifelong learning aspect of a campaign and how young adults can appropriate these entrepreneurial experiences as life skills. She holds a master's degree in cultural management and performing arts and a bachelor's degree in communication.
