Degree in Law and Diploma in Economics from the University of Deusto. He completed his training at the School of Legal Practice of Bizkaia. He completed a Master of Business Administration at the ESE Business School belonging to the Universidad de los Andes in Chile. He began his professional career as a Technical Assistant at the Mexican Basque Institute for Development. Later he moved to Chile to direct the Chilean Basque Foundation for the Development of the year. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the company Surlat. He was then appointed Delegate of the Basque Government in Chile.He returned to the Basque Country where he was appointed Foreign Relations Advisor to the General Secretariat for External Action of the Basque Government. He embarked on the Startup Biolan S.L. as an entrepreneurial partner, being CMO and Sales Manager of the company. In 2015 he was appointed General Director of External Action of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. He is General Director of Attraction to Bizkaia.
