Dalibor Cerny, Independent advisor for the CEE region
Mr Cerny is an attorney with roots in Prague, Czechia, where he obtained his Ph.D. (private international law). He also studied the LL.M. program in San Francisco, California (international business transactions) and the International exchange program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany (international and comparative business law).
In his professional life, Mr Cerny focuses on banking, finance (including financial inclusion, alternative finance, cryptocurrencies and fintech), capital markets, insurance/reinsurance, new technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT and alike) and international law. He has gained experience while working with domestic and international law firms, leading multinational financial institutions and innovative startups in Prague, Luxembourg and Berlin.
