By accessing the Website, You (the “User”) unconditionally accept the present Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Terms and Conditions are set out in two sections below. Users agree to our Privacy Policy (“Policy”), alongside the general Terms of Service (“Terms”), Use of Materials Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. General Information Welcome to EUROCROWD BV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

EUROCROWD BV is a commercial entity delivering consulting, events, training, and project services. The European Crowdfunding Network AISBL (ECN) is an independent, non-profit association with activities limited to specific EC contract work. ECN does not have an internet presence and all its communication is implemented through EUROCROWD BV since 2024. ECN does not represent platforms or industry, does not lobby, and does not aggregate or promote commercial positions. All public references to the crowdfunding sector, CSPs, or market participants are made for informational, policy, or analytical purposes only. EUROCROWD BV is the owner of the brand EUROCROWD. Both organisations operate independently from each other, any relationship is contractual. This website is the property of EUROCROWD BV.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 You agree to use the website in accordance with Belgian and EU law.

2.2 Unauthorized use, including hacking, introducing malicious software, or accessing restricted areas of the website, is strictly prohibited.

2.3 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the website without notice for any breach of these Terms.

3. Membership

EUROCROWD BV is a private company and does not offer membership. The company is a service provider to the European Crowdfunding Network AISBL only and not involved in the decision making of the organisation. The company does not view or interfer with the onboarding and can only provide general information as done on this website. Any membership offerings and decisions related to that are solely done by the European Crowdfunding Network AISBL or a person appointed by the board to that effect. All membership inquiries will have to be addressed to the European Crowdfunding Network AISBL, SQ North, BD Roi Albert II 4, 1000 Brussels, BELGIUM in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of EUROCROWD BV or its licensors.

4.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is prohibited. For more information please make sure to also read our Use of Materials Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
