Association

EUROCROWD is home to Europe’s leading professional network of Crowdfunding Service Providers. Since 2013 we network, promote and support and members and the crowdfunding sector in Europe at large. We have been leading efforts in aligning national and EU regulation with the interest of crowdfunding (Prospectus Law; ECSPR; MiCA etc) and shaped new business opportunities such as match-funding.

For over a decade, we acted as Europe’s representative network for professional crowdfunding, our ecosystem provides access to knowledge, peer-to-peer exchange, networking opportunities and close cooperation. The network represents our Full Members as well as Associate Members from accross the European Union and is organised via an international non-profit association, the European Crowdfunding Network AISBL. Membership is offered only through the European Crowdfunding Network AISBL, an international association governed by Belgian law, led by an executive board of Full Members without operational or controlling interests in the crowdfunding sector.

We are helping to address critical policy issues, build business opportunities and network. We create visibility for our members in key discussions and help them develop and reach new markets. Our members are exclusive speakers at our events, experts in our working groups and our online communication, connecting with relevant stakeholders in Brussels and across European member states.

Mission: To promote and advance crowdfunding as a key enabler of inclusive, transparent, and sustainable access to finance for innovation, entrepreneurship, and social good across Europe.

Vision: A Europe where crowdfunding serves as a cornerstone of alternative finance, empowering startups, SMEs, and social projects to thrive while driving economic, social, and environmental progress.

Purpose: To advocate for the crowdfunding ecosystem at the European level by shaping policies, building capacity, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to strengthen the sector’s role in supporting sustainable growth and innovation.

Benefits: Navigating the ever-evolving EU regulatory landscape can be challenging, but it also presents opportunities for growth and innovation. At Eurocrowd, we provide regular, in-depth updates on the latest policy developments, helping the sector to stay compliant, informed, and ready to adapt to new regulatory requirements.
