Connecting Early-Stage Deep Tech with Investors: ESIL e-Pitching Sessions

The ESIL e-Pitching sessions showcase selected deep tech projects supported by EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition.

These online sessions offer an opportunity to discover emerging technologies, connect with project teams and explore collaboration opportunities at an early stage of the innovation journey.

Equity crowdfunding under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSPR) can play a valuable role in this context by bridging the gap between early-stage innovation and market financing. For SMEs and deep tech ventures emerging from programmes like EIC Pathfinder and Transition, ECSPR offers a regulated option to raise capital from a broad pool of investors across Europe. At the same time, investors benefit from access to curated, high-potential opportunities through authorised platforms, with clear disclosure requirements and investor protection mechanisms in place. This creates a complementary funding channel alongside business angels and venture capital, particularly suited for patient capital strategies and community-backed innovation.

Who are they for? Patient Business Angels, investors, and other ecosystem players looking to play the long game and create meaningful partnerships with deep tech ventures.

Sessions will take place on:

  • 20 April 2026, 16:00–17:30 CEST
  • 11 May 2026, 16:00–17:30 CEST
