Megan is a venture capital lawyer with several years' experience providing corporate advice to start-ups, entrepreneurs and investors across all stages of the start-up life cycle. Having previously worked in both US and international law firms, she left private practice in January 2020 to head up the legal side of Seedrs' Investment Team. Seedrs was the most active co-investor in the UK's recent government-backed Future Fund scheme, investing in 58 deals worth a total of £58 million.
