Konstantinos has a solid background of over 16 years of practical experience in the field of financial services, which has been acquired in Luxembourg, Cyprus and Germany and covers both the industry as well as the regulator’s perspective on legal and regulatory aspects of fund management and asset management in general, financial innovation and crowdfunding. Within the context of his crowdfunding duties Konstantinos was actively involved in the drafting of the Cypriot national crowdfunding framework preceding the ECSPR as well as of the Policy Statements and Q&As accompanying the said framework. Konstantinos holds an LLB from the University of Athens, an LL.M. from the University of Heidelberg, an LL.M. from the University of Luxembourg and a Master in Business Law and Taxation (MBLT) from the University of Mannheim.
