Margarita worked as a librarian, producer of theater and film festivals, data collector in rural areas and organizer of community arts projects in Mexico, USA and Belgium before joining Growfunding 5 years ago as a project manager.

Her experience as a cultural manager, especially in Mexican urban contexts, and her specialization as an intercultural mediator have made her sensitive to the needs and challenges of a hyper-diversified youth in Brussels.

After the success of Incrowd's training in Brussels, complemented by the input of pedagogues and street art artists, she started coordinating the youth agenda for Growfunding. She is now improving the post-campaign follow-up of youth projects and looking for new ways to measure the lifelong learning aspect of a campaign and how these entrepreneurial experiences of young adults can be owned by them as life skills and skills for Change.

She holds a master's degree in cultural management and performing arts and a bachelor's degree in communication.
