Crowdfunding Academy for CCIs

Description: The project wants to open access to education on fundraising, self-financing techniques and crowdfunding methodologies for adults and to enhance the crowdfunding and self-financing opportunities and initiatives for CCIs operators and professionals. 

The project aims to create a crowdfunding innovative e-learning academy for Cultural and Creative organizations, creating a range of skills and knowledge about crowdfunding and self-financing for their autonomy and long-term sustainability; training professionals and entrepreneurs on digital financing opportunities and encouraging a cultural development strategy for competences circulation and for interactive training activities in the European context. 

Our role:  EUROCROWD is mainly responsible for setting up and developing training materials: the crowdfunding toolkit. This concerns the research and development of handbooks and guides to drive project partners and participants to comprehend the European crowdfunding market.  

The toolkit will be used internally, at the first moment, to train all the partners of the project through a Train of Trainers program, which will be based on online and in-presence sessions of six months. The Handbook, Platforms Atlant, and Best Practices collected during the first months will then be uploaded on the e-learning platform "Crowdfunding Academy" and put at the disposal of all users with the aim of enhance the crowdfunding and self-financing opportunities knowledge for CCIs operators and professionals, fostering online and offline training experiences. 

Expected results: 

  • Creation and distribution of a CCIs Crowdfunding Toolkit; designing and implementation of workshops in a five-month cycle,  
  • E-learning platform implementation, engagement tools and cooperative learning/teaching methods of CCIs Crowdfunding Academy.  
  • Collection of relevant case studies about local CCIs knowledge and approaches to crowdfunding related to European local and national contexts.  
  • Co-designing and creating of the Platform Atlas for CCIs projects.
