Richelle Spiekerman is an International Human Resources Leader with over fifteen years of experience working for multinational organisations. She has worked for eight years in strategic leading roles in HR and Management. She has a proven ability to develop and implement strategy, manage complex projects, build strong relationships, provide vision, influence and counsel to senior client group. Richelle is trilingual (English, Spanish and Dutch), has an MBA and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She is currently project manager, SME programme, at European Union Intellectual Property Office.
