Rosario Martín has a PhD in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Financial Economics from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. She is currently deputy director of the Authorization and Registration of Entities Department in the area of managers and venture capital entities of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). Rosario has been working in this institution since 2000, having gone through different areas such as the Department of Primary Markets, the Department of Studies and Statistics and the Department of Supervision of IIC and ECR.
