New Webinar Series CrowdReg: Mastering ECSP
The European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSP) is finally applicable across all 27 EU Member States since November 2021 and is here to stay. In order to help crowdfunding service providers better understand this new regulation and to create an online community for knowledge exchange and collaborative learning, EUROCROWD is launching a new series of legal webinars in partnership with Taylor Wessing, PwC and Osborne Clarke.
CrowdReg: Mastering ECSP will tackle practical implementation issues, with regular webinars on particular topics scheduled every two weeks. The sessions format will allow open discussion and Q&A, facilitating a fruitful exchange between the legal experts and participants.
After the second Mastering ECSP webinar session on 16 February 2022 where we focused on the process of applying for the authorization with the help of Umberto Piattelli from Osborne Clarke, on 2 March the topic we will take a closer look on the key information investment sheet and other provisions that address consumer protection.
