Crowdfunding Bizkaia is the first crowdfunding of a Public Administration. It is an Equity Crowdfunding platform that connects Promoters in Bizkaia who need funding for the development of an innovative project with Investors interested in participating in it.
Thus, it is a crowdfunding platform with a dual purpose:
- For the promoters it offers an alternative to finance their projects through the sum of individual investments. In addition, it offers a complete service of support by an expert team throughout the process to make the right decisions and reinforces the viability of each project with a rigorous economic analysis. All this while charging only 1% commission on the investment raised.
- For the investors, it is an opportunity to enter the social capital of organisations of their interest. Large capital contributions are not mandatory, and investing is simple and agile. Crowdfunding Bizkaia works with two projects based in Bizkaia :
- Startups
- Social impact projects

License and permits: Authorized by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in accordance with the 5/2015 Law of Business Financing Promotion. Registered with the number 25 of the Crowdfunding Platform Register of the CNMV.
