In the context of the DARE Project: Digital Environment for collaborative Alliances to Regenerate urban Ecosystems in middle-sized cities, funded by the European Commission's Urban Innovative Actions program, EUROCROWD requests a crowdfunding solution (white label provider) to be integrated within the BiPart platform. The selected supplier will be responsible for developing, hosting and maintaining a donation and reward-based crowdfunding solution, that will be integrated with the BiPart platform (see Annex 1). Projects will be able to run their crowdfunding campaigns on the selected crowdfunding platform, but their campaign page will also be integrated and displayed within the BiPart platform.

The integration between the crowdfunding platform and the BiPart e-democracy platform is one of the many innovative elements of the DARE project. This will enable the integration of a participatory and a crowdfunding process and thus combine a voting system between proposals with a funding system. The implications of this innovation are many: first of all, the possibility for an organization-a municipality, a school, etc. - to select a circumscribed number of proposals on which to channel fundraising through a participatory path, or to establish a hybrid criterion of selecting proposals through both liking and co-funding.
