Delphine Dirat heads the unit of Listed Companies Regulation Division at the AMF Regulatory Policy and International Affairs Directorate. Her team is responsible for policy developments in areas including financial and non-financial reporting, corporate financing and credit rating agencies. From 2017 to October 2019, Delphine worked at the European Commission as a seconded national expert. In her position, Delphine was in charge of the elaboration and the implementation of the Commission Action Plan on sustainable finance. She was responsible for the workstreams on low-carbon benchmarks and green bonds. Delphine graduated in political sciences and corporate finance from Sciences Po Bordeaux and the University of Bordeaux.
