The EC recently considered crowdfunding as a tool that could improve access to finance for innovative and entrepreneurial projects.
In some European countries, like France and the UK, crowdfunding is a consolidated reality, that has enabled the birth and the growth of many start-ups and small businesses.
What tools would make this newly born market more dynamic and efficient? Which actions would help increasing awareness among entrepreneurs and investors? How can we combine customer protection and transparency with a simple fundraising process? These are among the main topics discussed in the seminar, which will host among the speakers European crowdfunding experts. ECN Chairman, Oliver Gajda, will participate in the seminar, giving an overview on how crowdfunding is developing across Europe.
